Zoetis and Ruvasa invite congress delegates to join Team Zoetis on a morning cycle or walk/run through The Ranch Conservancy as part of an initiative by the veterinary community for farmers. All funds raised will go to the Drought Disaster Fund that has been set up by Agri SA.
The Drought Disaster Fund allows all concerned individuals and institutions or companies to make donations. The funds will then be distributed to needy farmers via the relevant Agri SA-affiliated associations in the specific area.
All riders will be required to give a donation or make a pledge, which will go toward the Drought Fund. To thank all participants for their voluntary contributions, Zoetis will donate a cycling jersey to the value of R600 to each of them. To top all of this, you will have the chance to experience an “breath”taking time with colleagues through the conservancy. On view are over 25 species of antelope, several rare and endangered Sable Antelope and over 200 bird species.
Rides take place every morning from 6 AM – join us to make a meaningful contribution to the needy farmers! Remember to bring your mountain bikes or running shoes to congress!
All participants will be able to register at Registration at the congress and will then receive their complimentary cycling shirt and pledge form. The route is about 1 hour to cycle (20 km). The ride and walk will start each day at 6am. REGISTER YOUR INTEREST HERE.
